A bank can only offer you their own products. An independent broker like Beeline accesses wholesale rates that banks keep for themselves, which often means a lower rate and better terms for you.
It depends on the loan type. Conventional loans typically require a 620+ credit score. FHA loans are available with scores as low as 580 with 3.5% down. VA loans have no official minimum, though most lenders prefer 580-620. If your score is lower, we can often still find a path, or help you understand what steps would improve your options quickly.
