Protection Against Pretexting: Beeline Mortgage will never release your nonpublic personal information in response to attempts by unauthorized individuals to obtain it under false pretenses (pretexting). 5. SMS Communications

If you opt into SMS communications through an eligible form or chat, you agree to receive text messages from Beeline Mortgage related to your loan inquiry or application. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive services from us.

Sharing and Selling Information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, lend or lease any of the information that uniquely identifies a subscriber (such as email addresses or personal details) with anyone except to the extent it is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested. Information shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is limited to what is necessary to provide the service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The live chat widget on our homepage and contact page collects your contact information for follow-up communication. It does not constitute a separate SMS opt-in for marketing messages unless you explicitly check the applicable consent boxes.
